Any defective merchandise may be returned in it's original manufacturers packaging at the expense of the customer. Returned items will be replaced within 21 days of receiving returned goods. There will be no cash  or credit card refunds. We do not allow returns on cut fabrics, magazines, or patterns due to copyright issues. Please contact us at Shop Lyn Bell Designs Customer Service in order to receive an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) which must accompany any returns. Merchandise will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Items must be returned at your expense.
